They still haven't shipped the replacements and it's been a week. The rest is the bed is assembled but we can't put the stairs together yet. I'm sure with enough hounding they send them but that part of the cost, my time hounding. Update: I revived the replacement pieces and they were the wrong pieces but I made them work rather than wait another month. Well not buy from them again. The bed is good it's just the management of the business I guess. I'm taking another star."

"Bought the bed for my 4 year old grandson. He LOVES it! The bed is well made and sturdy. The extra little landing on the slide is so great. We got the added shelf which is perfect for a night light and water bottle, snack etc. A nice area underneath for a little hideout. Perfect in every way. Set of stairs is an added bonus. And he wants to sleep there too. Love, love, love this bed."

- Can the slide be removed?
- You can remove the slide. However, we suggest you try a bunk bed without the slide if you want to avoid an open space.
- Is the length of 91.25” listed in the Details section correct? All other low loft beds with stairs have a length of 99.5”. We have a tight space where 99.5” would not fit.

- I want to use a mattress I already own, can someone tell me what size mattress fits? A twin or twin xl? What about depth to be sure child does not roll off and railing does it’s job.
