Prom time! Every year there's a story about some kid that wants to bring a same-sex date and how the locals get their collective panties in a knot. Twenty years ago my high school wouldn't even
let you go to the prom without a date. Now I don't care, but when your seventeen stuff like that is important. You don't know that those years won't mean anything when you enter adulthood. So
bravo to those kids for trying to make the most of their moment.
